Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute pricing strategies for our tractor products to optimize revenue and profitability.

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor pricing, customer demand, and market trends, to identify pricing opportunities and risks.

- Conduct pricing research and analysis to determine optimal pricing levels and discount structures for different market segments and customer profiles.

- Develop pricing models, tools, and processes to facilitate pricing decision-making and ensure consistency across the organization

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact pricing strategies.

- Collaborate with finance teams to assess the financial impact of pricing decisions and support budgeting and forecasting processes..

Required Skills : - Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.

- Proven experience (10+years) as a Pricing Expert or in a similar pricing role within the industry.

- Deep understanding of the industry, including market dynamics, product lifecycle, and customer segmentation.
