Role & responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure full-stack solutions using Java and modern frameworks.
• Provide architecture guidance for enterprise transformation and modernization projects.
• Define best practices for application design, development, deployment, and maintenance in cloud-native environments.
• Modernize legacy applications to microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Assess and improve the current technology stack to align with business goals.
• Architect solutions using AWS services and develop cloud migration strategies for high availability and cost optimization.
• Create detailed solution designs and architectural documentation.
• Implement containerization with Docker and manage orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Design event-driven architectures and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Candidate requirements:

• 14–20 years of experience in Java Full Stack development with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with AWS services and developing cloud-native applications with effective deployment strategies.
• Proven ability in modernizing legacy systems and implementing microservices architectures.
• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and implementing automated CI/CD pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architecture and system integration.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
