Role: Principal Associate – Banking & Finance
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7+ years PQE
Work Mode: Hybrid (after 6 months’ probation)

About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for our client, a reputed full-service law firm, seeking an experienced Principal Associate for their Banking & Finance practice in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex financing transactions with minimal supervision.

• Draft, review, and negotiate finance documents including loan agreements, security documents, and inter-creditor arrangements.

• Advise clients on structuring, regulatory aspects, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Oversee and mentor junior team members.

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client assignments.

Requirements:

• LL.B. from a reputed law school.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance.

• Excellent drafting and client-handling skills.

• Proven ability to manage matters independently.
