Role & responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess RFP and RFI requests to comprehend client needs.
- Craft thorough and accurate RFP and RFI solution responses.
- Supervise a team of Presales consultants and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure effective collaboration.
- Participate in customer conference calls with the sales team, grasping their requirements.
- Manage the bid process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions.
- Understand RFP scope, identify risks, and work with technology teams to develop customized solutions.
- Conduct detailed customer research and align value propositions to address specific needs.
- Present solutions and value propositions convincingly to clients.
- Work closely with sales and technology teams to develop persuasive sales pitches and entry strategies.
- Develop comprehensive capability presentations tailored to industry sub-segments and technology service offerings.
- Coordinate and oversee client visits, defining key value themes based on client requirements.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 16 to 22 years of proven solutions experience in the Business Process Outsourcing/Knowledge Processing Outsourcing industry.
- 10 years of experience in solutions enablement function.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and SIPOC in the Capital markets vertical.
- Ability to present technical solutions and value propositions effectively to customers.
- Stay updated with the evolving technology landscape.
- Exceptional presentation skills and a strong grasp of commercial aspects.
- Outstanding team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
