Hiring a Principal / Managing Principal – Insurance for a top tier global Digital Solutions, Consulting, Systems Integration, and IT Services major.

- Reporting Manager: Assistant Vice President – Platform Practice
- Location: Pan India
Role & responsibilities:
- Work independently on solution/RFX activities which includes Analyze and Qualify RFP and RFI Requests.
- Author RFP, RFI Solution response.
- Lead a team of Presales consultants/SMEs.
- Participate in conference calls with customers along with sales team to understand the requirements.
- Manage the bid process to construct the value proposition by working with various teams – technology teams, practices, finance, legal.
- Understand the scope of work stated in the RFP, identify potential risk, and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution.
- Help with customer research, understand the customer challenges, and map the value proposition.
- Present the solution or value proposition to the customer.
- Work closely with the sales and technology teams to create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers.
- Create capability presentations for various industry sub segments and or technology service offerings.
- Orchestrate and manage client visits- define the value themes and propositions based on the client needs.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 10 years of experience in Insurance - solutions enablement function.
- Proven (BPO/KPO) solutions experience.
- Sales enablement in Insurance domain is preferred.
- Functional understanding of an end-to-end business process and SIPOC in Insurance domine.
- Excellent Communication, collaboration and relationship building skills.
- Strong capability in presenting technical solutions and value proposition to the customer.
