Your responsibilities
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships, including reselling, cross-selling, and establishing partnerships of strategic importance.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Division Solutions team to prepare compelling offers for customers.
- Identify and manage opportunities for participation in relevant European cooperation initiatives, aligning with Business Development efforts.
- Acquire new customers and explore untapped market areas, aligning with the corporate sales strategy.
- Identify and establish cooperation partners to expand the product/service portfolio of the company.
- Actively participate in trade fairs, workshops, conferences, and relevant events, including delivering speeches/presentations and participating in panel discussions.
- Regularly report on opportunities within your responsibility using CRM/ERP systems for accurate sales pipeline management.
- Support the Head of International Sales in defining, reporting, and implementing strategies, policies, and business cases.
- Contribute to optimizing, tuning, and continuously improving sales processes and tools
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies or comparable professional training, preferably in a technical area or ICT.
- Minimum of 3 years of international sales experience or a comparable role.
- At least 5 years of experience in the defense and public security sector.
- Understanding of the main international cooperation forums and their ways of working, such as NATO, EU, and EDA. Previous experience in international military cooperation is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales account management activities and pipeline management.
- Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Continuous willingness to learn and engage in further training.
- Good command of written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Availability for worldwide business travel (up to 50%).
- Previous experience in personnel management is a plus.
