Role & responsibilities:
- Lead ERP transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions for the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in ERP delivery, with a proven track record of successfully managing both functional and technical aspects of SAP and Oracle ERP projects in line with industry best practices.
- Drive SAP and Oracle licensing strategy, including license optimization, pricing analysis, and negotiation of complex technology agreements to maximize value and cost efficiency.
- Establish and govern ERP supplier engagement models, ensuring effective vendor management, compliance, and portfolio-level governance.
- Provide clear executive-level insights, translating complex data into concise analysis, presentations, and decision-ready recommendations.
- Exhibit strong leadership and prioritization skills, advocating for teams while maintaining a results-driven and outcome-focused mindset.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with enterprise service owners, business units, and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Candidate requirements:
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in large, cross-functional, enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in ERP strategy and transformation, including SAP architecture and licensing
• Strong sourcing and vendor management experience, covering licensing, asset management, risk, and governance
• Proven contract negotiation and redlining skills, ensuring technical, commercial, and security compliance
• Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, performance, and business cases
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, delivering outcomes across business units and suppliers
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, changing environments
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology controls
