Location: Baoding

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for the trial production and production, purchase and process inspection of related products, as well as logistics and other process quality planning and control, establish quality indicators, measurement and evaluation system.

▪ Responsible for identifying quality problems in trial production and production process; and timely organize relevant parties to solve.

▪ According to the quality problems, responsible for organizing the implementation of 4M improvement by human metering method.

▪ Continue to study the manufacturing process of bench marking and competing products, and improve the layout and working process related to processing and quality.

▪ Responsible for planning key technical documents in manufacturing and quality process, and participating in the review and improvement of key technical documents and parameters.

▪ Participated in the planning and review of the company's technical innovation and transformation projects.

▪ Responsible for optimizing the on-site process after production, participating in the implementation of lean production, and improving production efficiency.

▪ Based on the company's strategy, responsible for planning the formulation and review of plant related schemes.

▪ Introduce scientific quality tools to ensure process quality and production consistency.

▪ Other tasks assigned by the leader.
