THE ROLE
Public services are looking for improving user experience across areas. Citizens demand more and better quality services but also a faster responses and assistance in all processes in general. You can contribute to that improvement thanks to your experience, analyses, and proposals. You will be part of the corner stone of an ambitious transformation which will benefit your curriculum, your contribution to the society and experience as citizen.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with clients to identify requirements, areas of improvement or automation.
- Facilitating discussions and workshops with customers to understand their needs, process and find the best places for them to apply automation solutions.
- Performing product presentations and demonstrations (both online and onsite)
- Advising prospects and customers on the use of automation, low code, etc. in their environment.
- Create and present product demos that effectively show how products and solutions will benefit the customer and demonstrate value compared to alternatives.
- Maintain working knowledge of the industry and solutions to act as valuable resource to the customer and team.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years interaction with clients in process automation.
