Our client, an international company that activates in the manufacturing sector, is currently looking for a Process Engineer in Turda.
Process Engineer
The main role of the Process Engineer is to maintain and improve the processes in the area of responsibility, aiming at achieving productivity and quality targets in line with the company`s standards.
Responsibilities:
- Elaboration and revision of technological instructions, work instructions and process control specific to the sectors in the area of responsibility
- Control of the compliance with technology on distributed manufacturing flow
- Improving the manufacturing process
- Technological training of directly productive staff in all manufacturing sectors
- Flow tracking of new / unstabilized insulators and tests performed.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical background in the relevant engineering discipline, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement engineering best practices.
