Troubleshooting issues related to our product, including but not limited to mix quality, quantity, consistency, steel wire issues, and associated technical issues.
Manage production staff to ensure continuous improvement in work and product quality.
Constantly monitor compliance with the technological regulations of manufactured products
Systematically check compliance with the temperature regime during the heat treatment of products in steaming chambers.
Requirements:
Managing relationships with equipment suppliers and other related parties
Knowledge of the basics of the technological process for the production of concrete and reinforced concrete products, mortars, concrete, commercial reinforcement
Knowledge of the requirements of technological regulations for the production of concrete and reinforced concrete products
Knowledge of the relevant raw materials and their properties, specific consumption rates of raw materials
Knowledge of technological equipment for the production of reinforced concrete products, the principle of their operation
Knowledge of current standards and specifications for concrete products, bulk materials and fittings
Methods of quality control of concrete and reinforced concrete products.
Fluency in Russian or English, Uzbek preferred
Readiness for business trips or delegations
