SME in process or manufacturing engineering in Tightening,Pressing, Soldering,Welding,Electrical testing,Metal cutting,Winding process etc.
Deft in technical parameters to set up project based on business requirements.
Able to operate, conduct trials, Commission, establish process & Train operators
Hands on experience in PFMEA / PPAP activities.

Process Establishment for New Product Introduction
Process improvements in existing lines
Trouble shoot in various above processes
Knowledge in concepts related to tool / fixture design
Continuous Improvement in consumables, mfg cost, cycle time, etc.,
Communication skill ( to handle Customers, other internal functions )
Able to lead a Team of Engineers
