Title: Procurement Lead (Contracts)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience:

• • Bachelor’s degree
• • 5-7 years of experience within the procurement organization at a financial services institution working with Technology Vendors
• • Experience in evolving, reviewing and managing all the legal contracts / agreements with clients and related vendors/stakeholders.
• • Highly organized
• • Project management experience
• • Ability to multi-task & work on multiple contracts at a time, at different stages
• • Strong communication skills
• • Preparation of client contracts, understanding the client contracts and evaluate the risks etc. is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• • Manage client onboardings & contracting end to end. In some cases, you will be the primary contact, in other cases you will coordinate across various internal teams.
• • Communicate regular statuses & escalate issues in a timely manner.
• • Ensure consistent languages, clauses, caveats, etc. are carried over from contract to contract.
• • Ensure that the clauses that we have agreed to in our contracts are communicated internally (sometimes we have some specific items we agree to)
• • Own the supplier attestations/questions that we received from our clients on an annual basis.
