Our Client is a leading multinational company in Renewables. For their fast-growing operations in Athens, they are searching for a ‘Procurement Manager’ to join their team.

Your responsibilities:

• Establish and Improve service level agreements with sub-contractors.
• Implementation of procedures and sub-contract agreements.
• Market analysis for potential subcontractors.
• Negotiations with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Sub-contractor liaison and building of relationships.
• Ensure all recommended trade contractors/goods/service providers have been subject to the prequalification process and all suppliers are approved for tender selection.
• Implement plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases; budget, negotiation, and cost control.
• Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
• Evaluate current and potential suppliers in coordination with QSE Department.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Drive the process qualification in coordination with QSE Department.
• Work with Project Management Director and/ or Project Managers to guarantee supply for all portfolios.
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to achieve efficiencies.
• Planning and coordination of all shipments from the origin to the final destination.

Your profile:

• BSc or MSc in fields of Supply chain, Engineering, or Management.
• 3 years minimum in procurement, sourcing, and logistics (preferably in the PV/Solar industry)
• Experienced working in international, multicultural teams, in multiple time zones.
• Extensive involvement in implementing Strategic Sourcing Methodologies
• Fluency in Greek and English.
