- Provide Support across a broad range of Procurement enquiries and requests, ensuring an excellent customer experience is created.
- Receive and review Procurement Service Desk requests and action tickets appropriately, following standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Track and monitor purchase order transactions, addressing bottlenecks and obstacles preventing the progress of the transaction.
- Regularly maintain and update SOP’s with efficiencies and improvements.
- Support the Procurement team in performance metrics by creating standard (spend, service and policy) and ad hoc reports.
- Partner closely with members of the Procurement team to understand and support business strategy and priorities.
- Manage vendor procurement inquiries and resolve vendor issues as they arise. Partner with AP to solve vendor invoicing issues.
- Provide recommendations on Procurement systems, procedures and workflows. Contribute towards the design and continuous improvement of core Procurement processes.
- Analyze and exploring process improvement opportunities by performing root-cause and trend analysis on repeat demands and proposing system and process enhancements
