Responsibilities:
Carry out on an ongoing basis an analysis of the market and suppliers for the purchased category, in order to find the most favorable terms of cooperation for the company;
Negotiate with suppliers in accordance with the selection methodology/category strategy;
Form a competitive environment in the conduct of tenders and other competitive procedures;
To carry out the purchase of new types of goods and materials / works / services in the required time and in due quality;
Organize timely and high-quality document flow for concluded contracts and annexes to them;
Participate in the formation of a correct directory of non-commodity material values, carry out coding and adjustment of positions in the directories of the corporate information system;
Carry out official assignments of your immediate supervisor;
Generate timely reporting necessary to control the ongoing activities.
Requirements:
Good computer skills, good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, 1C),
Knowledge of the methods of maintaining documentation and procedures used in the implementation of the procurement, as well as some knowledge in the application of the principles of office work in the maintenance of procurement documents.
Excellent planning, organizing, writing, coordinating and negotiating skills;
Experience interacting with business leaders and government officials;
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in an intercultural environment, able to easily build interpersonal relationships;
Reliability, responsibility and ability to work in conditions of high professional requirements.
