We recruiting for our client CASI PLAST a Greek company active in Romania since 2005 as a subsidiary of the largest plastics injection company in Greece - CYCLOPS SA (www. https://www.cyclops.gr/) with 40 years’ experience in this market. The company present on the Romanian wholesale and retail market as well as in the multinational networks, listed directly in Carrefour, Cora, Real, Mega Image (Ahold Delhaize), Leroy Merlin, Dedeman, Profi. The role is based in Bucharest, Afumati.

PROCURMENT SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:

• validation of external suppliers for the standard import articles and procedures (from Greece, Bulgaria, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, China, India);
• analyzing and performing in optimum time the necessary acquisitions of the existing contracts;
• negotiation of acquisition prices;
• identifying new suppliers to expand the range of products offered;
• coordination of the entire process until receiving the orders by the warehouse;
• validation of all the details of labeling and packaging of placed orders;
• updating product catalogs presentation charts;
• verifying and updating the details of listing sheets / technical sheets requested and agreed upon by clients;
• the participation in the annual negotiations of the trading conditions with the clients in the portfolio;

Ideal Candidate: 

• In possession of a diploma on Technical Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years of work experience as a purchaser/material planner in mechanical engineering or in similar positions

• Previous experience in a multinational company would be an advantage

• Good command of the English language, speaking and writing

• Knowledge and experience with automation systems such as MS Office and ERP

• Able to operate and communicate with expertise in a broad field and at various levels

• Have good negotiation techniques

• Commercial perspective in combination with cost consciousness

• Have commercial, financial, and legal insight

• Able to work systematically, independently and in a team

• International travel
