Hiring for a Product Analyst / SME in Downstream Planning and Scheduling for a global IT Services / Systems Integration / Digital Solutions major.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Product Analyst / SME in Downstream Planning and Scheduling
- Reporting Manager: Delivery Head – Industry 4.0
- Role level: Manager / Senior Manager
- Location: Spring, Texas
- Work location: Company site and client site, as needs arise
Role & responsibilities:
- Do gap analysis on process and systems (how physical process is managed digitally)
- Create business value by developing products to simplify or enhance the digital process
- Define product features and user stories which address gap areas in enhancement needs
- Help in grooming product backlog items, base-lining acceptance criteria and setting ‘Definition of Done’
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile Development team and other client and internal stakeholders
- Own release goals and release deliverables
Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience as a product analyst for downstream planning and scheduling
- Strong experience in Production Planning & Scheduling (Oil&Gas Refinery)
- Experience in application development as a business analyst
- Competency and experience in agile methodology
- BE or B Tech
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
