Provide senior technical support to the frontline sales force When FLTS is unable to solve or at Key Accounts

Handle all technical product and application-related problems referred from the field Identify and understand customer needs, translating the objective to the appropriate function in the company

Select appropriate products from the portfolio in accordance with business needs and product line strategy

Propose product modifications within agreed criteria in applicable cases, Ability to modify products by following in order to fulfill customer-specific needs or requirements internal procedures and approvals

Coordinate with other functions to determine and establish technical feasibility and product cost as input for the final offer

Other functions include local laboratory, manufacturing, and purchasing Conduct presentations to customers on technical/product-related subjects in cooperation with Sales/Key Account Manager
