Job Title: Ecommerce Administrator (Temp)

Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience in eCommerce? We’re looking for a Ecommerce Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis, supporting product setup, content creation, and compliance for online retail platforms.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous experience in an eCommerce role, ideally with Amazon or similar platforms
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
• Strong analytical approach with intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organised, proactive, and a real team player who can work across multiple stakeholders

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting product setup on Amazon using various portals and spreadsheets, ensuring deadlines are met and items are live on retail websites
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather assets and translations for product variations
• Auditing advertised items
• Creating a tracker to manage the amendments required
• Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the Sales Operations team

Desirable:

• Additional European language skills would be a bonus
• Interest in AI
