ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate and Understand the Spec. Sheet and Tech Pack send by the Brands and communicate to the factories selected for the development.
• Work under Production and Development Responsible guidelines to meet the development deadlines and needs from Spain.
• Visit the factories to make the necessary developments and Visit the Factories along with the Indian Team and Spanish Team when is required.
• Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers samples) including materials, accessories, parts, components etc.
• Understand and Source the Materials and Components that Design team require and propose India alternatives if is required.
• Have a clear control and Mapping of all the development in the office to meet the calendars propose by the brand and buy the Production and Development Responsible.
• Factories Follow up (Development job)
• Work on new ideas, trends, materials and constructions to present to Spanish design teams.

REQUIREMENT:

• Footwear Design and Development Experience
• Good Communication skills
