Role: Deputy Manager – Product Development

Focus Area:
•Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product development decisions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, including design, features, and performance criteria.
•Create and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
•Coordinate prototype development, testing and validation, collecting and analysing data to inform product refinements.
•Conduct product analysis, user testing and gather feedback to evaluate product usability, functionality and overall customer experience.
•Coordinate with marketing teams to develop product launch strategies, including pricing, positioning and promotional activities.
•Monitor post-launch product performance, gathering customer feedback and implementing improvements based on market insights.
•Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and advancements in product development methodologies to enhance product offerings.
Candidate Requirement

•Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•3-5 years of experience in product development or a similar role.
•Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to commercialization.
•Knowledge of supply chain industry and experience in logistics or a related industry.
•Familiarity with market research techniques and consumer behaviour in the Indian market
