Key Responsibilities:

• Concept to Launch – Develop unique product ideas, oversee production, and ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
• Packaging & Visual Identity – Lead packaging design and branding efforts, ensuring a strong market presence.
• Brand Storytelling & Positioning – Craft compelling narratives around products to enhance customer engagement.
• Market & Consumer Insights – Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new products.
• Collaboration & Coordination – Work cross-functionally with marketing, production, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Project & Budget Management – Oversee production timelines, cost management, and supplier coordination.
• Sustainability & Innovation – Where relevant, integrate sustainable practices into product development and packaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in product development, branding, or marketing (preferably from FMCG or premium/luxury brand).
• Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging product designs.
• Excellent project management skills – able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience with packaging and visual branding (working with designers, agencies, or in-house teams).
• Ability to think both strategically and hands-on, ensuring products are both commercially viable and aesthetically appealing.
