Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Product Management, Application engineering, Design, Proposal team, including providing technical guidance, performance management, and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and external customers to define product requirements and develop project plans.

Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure that products can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively.

Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations on the suitability of Milling  products for the intended application

Requirements:

Adequate exposure and experience in selection/vetting the selection of the equipment pertaining to any specific application.

Strong knowledge of Product Management, Detailed Engineering, Application Engineering in Milling.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Strong leadership and project management skills
