The Product Manager is responsible for supporting on developing our Analytics Delivery and Insights product vision and roadmap, in close collaboration with our functional leaders, data scientists, data engineers and application developers who are spearheading the Advanced Analytics transformation across Company The role holder is also responsible for aligning the project sponsor and the leadership team with the value offered with the solution, and leading a team of Analytics Business Partners across countries to implemenent the solutions and drive value.
Minimum Qualifications/education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field or Computer Engineering
- Master’s Degree in a similar field is preferred
Minimum experience:
- 8+ years in a managerial Product Management role in an international environment; creating and building complex analyses and evaluation tools for assessing/tracking performance and learning associated user behaviors with the ability to demonstrate value and track record
- 2+ years in the retail/FMCG business and GCC experience is preferred
- Should have worked on Customer Analytics, Inventory Management or Assortmenet or Promotion or pricing solution or Work force optimization
Skills:
Strong leadership and people management capabilities with proven ability to develop strategic relationships with senior leadership stakeholders
- Expert in developing analytics solutions and products using machine learning and statistics
- Know-how of various programming languages is a must, such as R/SAS/Python/SQL/BigQuery, etc.
- Good understanding of multiple algorithm/modeling techniques like Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Randfom Forest, SVM, KNN etc.
- Exposed to time series forecasting, boosting algorithms, optimization techniques, NLP, recommendation systems, ElasticNet
- Sound know-how of Azure, Spark, and git-Basic understanding of web application framework (Django, Flask, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery etc.)

- Strong English language skills (Speaking, Reading and Writing) with exceptional business writing, Arabic is a plus
