Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development:
- Lead the execution of short-term and long-term product strategies for the OTC portfolio.
- Identify market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product development and positioning.
- Define product goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends in the OTC sector.
- Monitor competitive activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies, advertising campaigns, and product positioning that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure effective sales support and training materials are available for the field teams.
- Financial & Performance Analysis:
- Monitor product performance, including sales data, profitability, and market share.
- Drive product P&L accountability, track budgets, and assess ROI on marketing investments.
- Stay updated with new technologies, industry developments, and consumer health trends to innovate and improve products.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of product management experience in OTC, consumer healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience in managing product lifecycles and successfully launching new products.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for OTC products.

- Proficient in market research tools, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
