The Role: Product Manager – Vacuum Control

This role sits at the core of product innovation — where market intelligence meets engineering excellence.

You will:

• Own the full product lifecycle of vacuum measurement solutions

• Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Translate voice-of-customer insights into winning features and roadmaps

• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and external partners

• Drive go-to-market success with smart messaging, training, and events

• Champion value-based selling tools and portfolio positioning

• Define and refine IP strategy for your product group

What You Bring

• A degree in Physics, Engineering, Business (MBA = bonus points!)

• 2–4 years of experience in technical product management

• A knack for translating technical complexity into commercial opportunity

• Strong communication and collaboration skills — across teams and borders

• Working knowledge of test & measurement tools is a big plus

• Fluent English required; German is a welcomed advantage

• Willingness to travel up to 30% to meet customers and collaborate globally
