A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for development and promotion of high & medium promo brands.
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market and brand performance, Monitor competitive activities,
prepare regular performance reports + upon management requests;
- Monthly forecast the demand of the brands responsible for together with analysts;
- Develop, present and control marketing expenses, produce monthly reports;
- Develop, present, execute and control marketing activities relevant for different target audiences (Team members, Pharmacists, HCPs) to drive the sustainable growth of the brands responsible for;
- Develop promotional materials, presentational materials.
- Develop plans for new products launching in coordination with related departments.
- Prepare Brand plans with analysis, strategic & finance path for the next 5 years.
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- 3-5 years’ overall experience in marketing of multinational FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical company;
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with a big amount of data;
- English and\or Russian (upper intermediate level)
- Good time-management skills and multitasking;
- Great interpersonal and team working skills;
- Perfect knowledge of MS office (Power point, Excel English proficiency)
