Leading international company in the distribution of cosmetic products in Spain.
Is looking to expand its team of Product Managers, reporting to the marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of annual marketing budget items per brand + budget implementation.
- Execution of the annual marketing plan per brand:
o Annual marketing calendar: updates + EL
o Annual promotional plan: per brand
o Customized promotional plan for GGCC + SMBs
o Brand liquidation plan
o Communication plan per brand (strategy + investment in ads)
o PR agency action plan + annual calendar.
- SM results analysis and PR actions
- Scorecard - quarterly
- Operational management of each brand: launching - maturity - liquidation.
- Assistance and preparation for supplier visits: meeting, store checks, etc.
- Assistance and support for events
- Commercial support: HP, presentations, folders, content for RRSS, Cloud management.
- Newsletter management
- Development of POS material
- Sales conference assistance
- Support in the preparation of forecasts:
o Excel creation of equivalences + first order proposal.
o Pre-sales and forecast management
o Inventory review and sales + purchase forecast proposals.
o Promotions planning - ensure supply.
- Follow-up of set targets/brand with GGCC.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as Product Manager, excellent interlocution with international suppliers.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- Excellent command of Excel
- Own vehicle
- Profile with skills in data interpretation and tolerance to large volumes of work.
- Management skills
- Interest in cosmetics sector
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, analytical and organized
