Client description:

Their suite of powerful automotive software and data management solutions empowers OEMs to address hundreds of connected vehicles use cases across Fleet Management, IoT and AI / ML-powered Smart Predictive Maintenance, Data Monetization, Owner / User hyper-personalization and others, in addition to reducing recalls and warranty claims.
Role details:
- Title / Designation: Product Manager – Agile Product Development and Implementation
- Reporting to: CTO / CEO
- Location: San Jose, US
Role & responsibilities:
- Product vision, strategies and roadmaps, aligning with broader organizational strategies and goals, driven by data, competitor analyses and other research
- Also, strategic product / technology assessments for customers, as required
- Release roadmaps, release goals and, prioritized product, release and sprint backlogs
- Articulation / messaging of product strategies, across the global product portfolio
- Release deliverables and artefacts, agile delivery, issue management, signoffs and documentation
- Best-in-class UX (User Experience) design for increased feature / product adoption by users, resulting in customer delight
- OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) realization
- Continuous improvement and product innovation
Candidate requirements:
- 5+ years of full-suite Product Management (PM) experience, ideally on a global scale, some of it on cloud (SaaS) products and preferably for a global clientele
- PM experience in Cloud and / or IoT and / or vehicle software – highly preferable
- Multi-stakeholder PM interactions – internal and client – and buy-ins
- Strong, end-to-end prioritized PM execution, covering pre and post release activities
- Experience working on early-stage projects in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change – highly preferable
- Experience leading a project or cross functional team – highly preferable
- All other competencies, skills and attributes expected of a seasoned PM: Strategic thinking, tight execution, problem-solving, business judgment, verbal & written communication & presentation, cross-functional interaction and more
