Tasks

• Collect and analize product needs of internal and external users;
• Investigate deeply the way how ad network works
• Conducting in-depth user interviews and working with feedback;
• Formation of quarterly plans, design, grooming and task prioritization;
• Interaction with UI / UX designer to create layouts of the developed functionality;
• Interaction with the analytics department to conduct product research, evaluate the results of implemented functionality and a/b tests;
• Synchronization of Sales, Marketing and Support teams when implementing the developed functionality;
• Working closely with developers in order to obtain the necessary functionality on time with the required quality;
• Cooperate with other teams and lead cross-team features;
• Analysis and continuous improvement of an existing product;.
• People management teams.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Product Owner - from 3 years, with a proven track record of product success;
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Product Owner role;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Teamwork skills;
• Curiosity and desire to go beyond
• The ability to charge colleagues with positive and faith in the products being developed;
• Knowledge of the basics of usability and ergonomics of modern products;
• Minimal technical background, knowledge of SQL.
• English language intermediate level and above
