• Drive product strategy and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area
• Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, data science, analysts and other teams to ship major features and product improvements
• Define, track and report on key product, business and customer metrics
• Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows
• Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
• Work closely with our data science and delivery partners to identify problems and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in customer support, driver ops, and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging, and training

What You Will Need

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 3 years of experience working as a product manager delivering highly successful and innovative consumer or platform Internet products
• An analytical, data-driven, quantitative mindset; a love for digging into data to understand what's happening and to define & measure success on every project, with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features
• Ability to break down complex problems and identify use cases and solutions that can be reused across multiple areas
• A nuanced understanding of data, design & research, software engineering, and business processes and the ability to partner effectively with those teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to weave strategy, insights, priorities, and plan forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to insist on high standards while managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Ability to collaborate with agile product development teams and excitement about identifying new ways to help your team be more effective
• Experience working on routing or mapping products is highly desired.
