Their AI-driven property operations platform assists real estate owners and operators gather difficult-to-access building data, optimizing performance, and controlling portfolio operations from one place. They offer O&M teams real-time visibility into their operations, to automate manual processes, exceed sustainability goals, and improve building performance. Their clientele includes leading enterprises in the commercial office, healthcare, and retail sectors that currently utilize the software across 40 million square feet globally, to lower operational expenses, increase net asset value, and de-risk operational liability. Their center in Chennai, India supports their product development, implementation, sales, and marketing efforts.

- Title / Designation: Product Marketing Specialist
- Reporting Manager: Founding Product Marketing Member
- Location: Chennai

Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase product portfolio visibility, positioning it as a leader in the industry, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Own Competitive Messaging: Analyse information about competitors and use it to create messages that position the company as a leader in the CMMS market.
- Own Product evangelism content: Become an expert on connected CMMS solutions and use this expertise to create a variety of content initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and blog posts. Partner with industry experts and influencers to advocate clients’ stories of connected CMMS to a wider audience.
- Own Product Education & Adoption: Understand customers and their unique cases, and work with internal teams to execute campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Own Sales Enablement: Communicate the value proposition to support sales and deals, such as creating case studies, RFP support, and feature pages, as well as developing ROI/TCO calculators and battle cards to help the sales team make effective pitches.
Candidate requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant product marketing experience, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS.
- Ability to craft compelling messaging and content that closes deals.
- Innate affinity towards working with large, global customers and understanding how to best position products and solutions for this audience.
- Must have created a wide array of content including but not limited to case studies, sales presentations, webinars, white papers, videos, blog posts, etc.
- Team player and comfortable collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Knack to get things done by partnering with different teams across the company.
- Results-oriented and able to work on tight deadlines.
