Role details:

• Title / Designation: Product Owner
• Reporting Manager: Delivery Head – Industry 4.0
• Role level: Manager / Senior Manager
• Location: Spring, Texas
• Work location: Company site and client site, as needs arise

Role & responsibilities:

• Steer a scrum team comprising company and client stakeholders 
• Create and prioritize requirements for PIMS projects with input from development team and stakeholders
• Help in grooming product backlog items, base-lining acceptance criteria and setting ‘Definition of Done’ 
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile Development team and other client and internal stakeholders 
• Own release goals and release deliverables 

Candidate requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in PIMS product ownership / product management or digital projects development / management, for Planning & Scheduling systems in the Oil & Gas domain
• Competency and experience in agile methodology 
• Knowledge of SQL or any other programming experience will be an added advantage
• BE or B Tech
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English 
• Experience in Aspen Tech PIMS and Aspen Orion / Petroleum Scheduler is preferred
• Experience in Aspen Hysys is preferred
