Role details:
- Title / Role: Sales Director / Senior Sales Director – Central US
- Reporting to: Head of Product Sales
- Role type: Individual contributor to start with; to lead a team later
- Location: Central US
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
- Engage with prospect organizations to position solution offering through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline as well as GTM plan to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s) / territory
- Lead sales team
Candidate requirements:
- 12-20 years of professional experience in high growth technology companies, preferably enterprise software, services or SaaS businesses
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
