PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST

 Our Integration Solutions team in Noida India is looking for you!

The Trading Integration Solutions team delivers integration solutions to enable data flows between external and internal IT applications which are critical to conduct our business operations in commodities and energy trading and dispatching.
The Production support analyst role is a critical one for ensuring the stable state of our Sales and Trading IT integrations and safeguarding in this way daily business operations of the company.

We are looking for a person who will confidently take a responsibility for:
     1. Seamless Production monitoring with the application of all the available monitoring tools, and execution of the efficient escalation process when required.
     2. Analysis and timely resolution of the production issues.
     3. The continuous development of the Centralized Monitoring Solution.
     4. Other Production team members operational management (tasks allocation, control, reporting) in specified cases.
     5. Reporting on the production issues and proper communication with various stakeholders.
     6. Collaboration with multiple teams across Sales and Trading IT and beyond the organization (3d support level)
     7. Engaging in relevant aspects in operational excellence to foster post go live and production efficiency

Qualifications
     •    Should possess minimum bachelor’s degrees or equivalent
     •    Should have minimum of 5 years of prior experience in similar technical support roles (similar to ITSM definition of the Service Desk and Incident Management functions)

Technical skills:
     •    Strong Java development background,
     •    Diverse knowledge in various integration technologies and frameworks as Apache Kafka, Camel, Flink, Fuse, Spring/Log4j.
     •    Good familiarity with Azure DevOps and Docker & Kubernetes practical application in the cloud.

Advantageous skills and knowledge:
  Knowledge of applications in an Energy Trading environment like Trading systems, Dispatch applications and their related information flows & data.

Personal attributes
     •    Collaborative attitude and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and team members
     •    Very good inter-personal and verbal/written English communication skills (chairing operational meetings, facilitating workshops, preparing and sharing outcomes)
     •    Enthusiastic to train and upskill internal and external staff
