We are looking to hire Technical Support Engineers for our clients global customer success organization to provide technical support on our SaaS based Data Privacy Platform.
Role: Technical Support / Sr Technical Support Engineer
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Job Type: Permanent / Fulltime
Experience: 4-9yrs
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
Provide responsive and timely service to customers on new tickets by priority
Perform & Document RCA as repeatable resolutions as KB articles in the knowledgebase.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of work experience in a technical support role
Hands-on experience with key technologies, such as Data Protection and Security, SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux and Bash scripting, Networking and OSI model, Filesystems, Cloud Platforms, Docker/Kubernetes containers, and Virtualization.
Demonstrated depth in all aspects of technical support lifecycle, such as ticket logging, triage, escalation, customer response, RCA, and KBs.
Understanding of Data Security and Privacy, including corresponding regulations, is a strong plus.
