This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our customer's containment isolators, laminar flow equipment, and other stainless-steel products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing operations management, with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous improvement. Understand and read design very well and execute with accuracy
Exposure to Stainless steel equipment and Isolator is must. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all shop floor personnel, including production supervisors, machine operators, and quality control inspectors.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules, ensuring they meet customer deadlines and quality specifications.
• Oversee the efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production output and minimize waste.
• Implement and maintain a robust quality control program to ensure all products meet  high standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement through lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage and maintain all shop floor equipment, including preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Track and report on production metrics, including productivity, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, purchasing, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production flow.
