Reports to: Director (Sales and Operations)

Job Purpose / Role:

We are looking to employ a maintenance in charge with an outstanding knowledge.

A maintenance in charge is expected to have fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will display natural leadership and possess fantastic communication skills with a great eye for detail.

Job Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Overall in charge of sei manufacturing workshop and projects for ensuring smooth operation in line with the company’s policies.
• Good experience in manufacturing of asme pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fin fan coolers, piping. etc.
• Ensuring that the products are manufactured and in accordance with the quality plans set out for the fulfilment of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to plan using software the jobs from raw material stage up to installation.
• High capability in manpower utilization and distribution.
• Ability to coordinate with supporting departments such as procurement, finance, hr. etc. to ensure about all requirement related to job are achieved.
• Perpetual review of the cost of operation of the manufacturing workshop by controlling indirect costs, productivity of direct manpower and efficient utilization of equipment and space with a view to make the business of the company advantageous placed in the eyes of customer for competitive in terms of cost, quality and delivery.
• Operation of planning and management system that incorporates an integrated approach to cost control, planning and scheduling of shop floor & site activities and monitoring for progress, efficiency and costs.
• Generation of delivery note against order received from customer.
• Selection, orientation and deployment of competent manpower for the execution of jobs as per quality and delivery commitments made with the customer.
• Look after the safety and assure about all steps according to company procedures. 
• Control consumable by continuous monitoring of wastage and researching for better work methods to reduce consumption.
• Hands on machines and maintenance including upgrading of equipment and machinery based on company vision.
• Developing and executing subcontract work in accordance with the company’s subcontracting philosophy.
• Capable to represent company.

General Safety & Housekeeping:

• Compliances with the company’s safety policy, food safety policy & procedures and the personal hygiene practices.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Proficiency with ERP, preferably MS Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• MS. Project and Primavera P6 knowledge are required.
• Experience with ARAMCO requirements (9 Coms Approval)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• 15 years of Production.
