Our client is an established international group, recognized globally for its excellence in high-volume production and operational efficiency. Operating at the forefront of the food & beverage sector, the company invests heavily in innovation, sustainability, and cutting-edge industrial technology. We are currently looking for a Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations in the plant of Tirana.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are met
• Optimize processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Implement and monitor KPIs related to productivity, waste, and line performance (OEE)
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams on technical upgrades and preventive maintenance plans
• Manage and develop a team of shift supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.
• Support the execution of Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in production or operations management within the FMCG sector
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Familiarity with packaging or bottling lines is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Fluency in English or Italian (B2+ level)
