Production Manager
Location: Turda, Cluj
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and ensuring the entire process of programming, realization and follow-up of production, in accordance with the company's objectives, program and quality standards;
- Assuring the proper functioning of the company from a technical and managerial point of view, in accordance with the company's policies and production strategy;
- Organizing and coordinating the entire process of development and application of the best technical and economic solutions for investment works aimed at production activity;
- Coordinating the planning of the production activity in the manufacturing sections according to the established production plan, to ensure the full achievement of the established quantitative and qualitative indicators;
- Analyzing the production costs;
- Organizing and coordinating the introduction of new products into production and is responsible for ensuring the parameters provided for in the documentation
- Approving the technological instructions for each production phase, both during their implementation and their modification, and ensures the appropriate adaptation of the technology to the variations and specifics of the raw material used
- Coordinating the identification, introduction and maintenance of work processes included in the quality system
- Ensuring the material and informational resources necessary for the implementation of the policy in the field of quality
- Participating to the implementation of the integrated software (ERP) and recommending ideas for continuous development as needed
- Drawing up the labor force requirement by activity sector in accordance with the manufacturing programs
- Pursuing the permanent modernization and efficiency of production processes
- Being responsible for the optimal use of material, financial, patrimonial and human resources allocated for the achievement of established production objectives
- Responsible for the efficient performance of the supply activity at the workplaces and takes measures to materially ensure the uninterrupted development of the production process
- Participating with proposals in the elaboration of annual investment projects and in the development of the BVC of the company on the production side
Your profile:
- Construction studies are preferred;
- 5 years of experience in a role of production manager/coordinator;
- Good planning, organizing, prioritizing and monitoring skills;
- Well organized, analytic and pragmatic person;
- Good communication skills.
