In order to participate in the development of its subsidiary in China, the company is looking for a Production manager M/F based in Yantai - China:

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be in charge of the development projects of special machines for the food industry from the project study, the design of the machines, the development of the prototype, the tuning and the installation at our customers' sites.

You will work in collaboration with the engineers and other technicians involved in these projects.

Your main tasks:

- To plan and coordinate the work of a manufacturing and assembly workshop of special machines, to define and distribute the workstations (methods and needs).

- Supervise experienced operators and fitters.

- Ensuring the integration of new employees, training staff in organization, quality and safety in conjunction with existing management who have the product know-how.

- Monitor and develop production planning according to flows, deadlines and supplies.

- Establishing production reports, monitoring performance indicators and proposing changes and improvements in organization and productivity.

- Controlling and reducing manufacturing and production costs, ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quality and deadlines by proposing and implementing technical solutions.

- Provide technical support to related departments.

- Supervise the physical inventory of the shop

- Ensure stock management

Your profile - Qualifications and diplomas:

You have significant experience in the field of agri-food or industrial packaging.

You have a degree from an engineering school such as ENA, ENSAM, ENIT, and you have about 5 years' experience in production management, which has enabled you to develop a high level of technical skills, management qualities and industrial management, particularly at international level.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to assert himself/herself with diplomacy and has a strong ability to lead and unite teams around production objectives.

Your great reactivity, combined with your organizational and methodological skills will contribute to your success in this position.

A good English and Chinese / Mandarin speaking are essential.

Fluency in French and Spanish is recommended.

Other:

Prior training of 6 months in one of our sites in France, then 6 months in one of our sites in Spain before joining China.

Salary and status:

Annual salary range: Between 45.000 to 55.000€ - Determined according to the candidate's profile
