Our Client is a leader in the Balkans, in their niche sector, which is within the Building Materials industry.

For their fast-growing operations in Thessaloniki, they are looking for a 'Production Manager'.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan a production schedule for the job.
• Implement and control the production schedule.
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification, and procurement.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
• Set product quality standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary. interventions for improvement.
• Manage production budgets.
• Implement cost control programs.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.

Your profile:

• Strong academic background in Engineering.
• 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry.
• Experienced in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Extensive involvement in quality systems, health and safety standards, compliance, and process improvement techniques.
• People Management experience.
• Greek native speaker with very strong English skills.
