Our Client is a world-leading manufacturer in the Oil & Gas/Infrastructure/Energy Industry.

For their growing operations in Viotia, they are looking for a ‘Production Manager’ to contribute to their exponential growth.

Your responsibilities:

• Follow Health & Safety regulations following the company’s policies and standards.
• Setting up and realizing the production line plan.
• Supervise the production line team.
• Propose developments of the production line to the Production Unit Director.
• Cooperate with the planning department to follow production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with working instructions.
• Cooperate with the maintenance & quality department of the production line.
• Monitor the cost of consumables and loans from the spare parts warehouse, the consumption and cost of raw materials, and spare parts.
• Ensure that the production line team is working according to the safety & hygiene rules and procedures.
• Ensure the required personnel for the needs of the production line.
• Setting up the daily shift plan for production personnel.    

Your profile:

• Strong academic background in Engineering from a Polytechnic School (TEE Member).
• Extensively experienced in various positions in a heavy industry plant environment.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Motivated to relocate aiming to skyrocket your career.
