Our Client is a global leader in Agriculture.

For their established plant, they are looking for a Production Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide Stewardship direction and visible commitment for all within the Production Department and ensure Stewardship responsibilities are clearly defined within the staff structure.

• Monitor plant performance, review and record processes and prepare improvement plans for the production plant.

• Identify needs and develop/provide instruction and training programs for the staff.

• Process/technical support, including short and long-term development and project work (new product integration, plant extensions, new lines).

• Ensure adequacy of production and distribution plans for most efficient labor planning and resources utilization.

• Monitor department budgets and costs, including materials/purchases (VPC), labor, capital expenditure, stocks.

• Ensure the ISO 9001-2015 quality system and ISO 14001-2015 environmental system, Health and Safety System 45001-2018 are operated as per documented procedures establishing an environment of continuous improvement

• Emergency procedures for production plants plus the support of the international transport emergency scheme.

• Participate in the IMC pre-SOP and ROP.

Your Profile:

• Strong Academic background in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong People management skills and ideally P&L management experience.

• Fluent in English

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, SAP, Planning Tools.
