A multinational Food & Beverage company in Kuwait is looking to hire a production manager that is Based in Kuwait , with the following responsibilities:

• Prepare & review production plan (weekly & daily) with Plant manager.
• Responsible for day-to-day production activity (Lines & Utilities) and control of production staff - manpower
• Follow up IMS & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiencies under IMS program.
• Organize maintenance with the maintenance manager and with other staff as per the maintenance program.
• Maintain production records and manuals
• Monitor raw materials & coordinate Incoming material inspection with Logistic staff.
• Responsible for safe operation for production staff and equipment, implementing and following safety programs and procedures.
