A multinational company is looking for a Production Manager to join the team. With a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing or production processes in building materails or similar industries, where you will:

• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality control, to optimize production processes.
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform at their best.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
• Experience in machines like Burners,Mixers, Mills, Crushers, Dryers, Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Packing...etc.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment necessary for production activities.
• Resolve production issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise during the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

• Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proven experience in production management, with a track record of successfully overseeing manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve production goals.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
