Our Client is one of the largest companies in the glass manufacturing industry in SE Europe.

For their fast-growing operations in Thessaloniki, they are looking for a “Production Manager”.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan a production schedule for the job.
• Implement and control the production schedule.
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
• Set product quality standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary. interventions for improvement.
• Manage production budgets.
• Implement cost control programs.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.

Your profile:

• BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant degree.
• 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry.
• Strong People Management skills.
• Experienced in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Experienced in managing raw materials, quality systems and standards, health and safety standards, and compliance.
• Familiar with process improvement techniques.
• Greek native speaker with good knowledge of at least one foreign language, preferably English.
