Role details:

• Title / Designation: Program Manager – Finance Transitions
• Location: KSA

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead strategic finance and shared services transformation programmes, defining objectives, deliverables, and KPIs
• Manage cross-functional workstreams across finance, operations, and enabling functions
• Drive process optimisation, automation, and performance improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Establish governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client goals
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Coach teams on agile delivery and change management

Candidate requirements:

• 10+ years of programme/project management experience, ideally in consulting or shared services
• Proven success delivering finance and shared services transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, including at the executive level
• Expertise in finance operations, shared services setup, and enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred)
• Willingness to be based in Saudi Arabia for extended periods
