Role details:

• Title / Designation: Program Manager – Data & Analytica
• Reporting Manager: VP – Data and Analytics
• Location: Orlando (Florida)

Role & responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end programs with the IT & business stakeholders as single PoC.
• Understand the scope, dependencies for transformation projects and drive the deliverables as per milestones.
• Ensure smooth communication with the PO and the business stakeholders and ensure PO brings business alignment in the roadmap.
• Ensure the Program team can take up the stories, tasks allocated and deliver on time.
• Work with program team and customer team towards the required changes in architecture.
• Track the issues and open items and provide periodic updates to the stakeholders.
• Manage the customer stakeholder expectations on the deliverables for specific milestones.
• Collaborate effectively with data consumers to define and improve data quality.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 17 to 25 years of experience, with proven experience in data engineering, team management as well as stakeholder management.
• Extensive experience in delivering Data Programs in Fixed Bid model – covering Scope, Change & Risk Management.
• Understanding of data project with the below tools / technology stack:
• Experience with a data pipeline and visualization end-to-end data journey and Azure Stack including Azure data lake, Azure Purview, Databricks
